Show host Terry Bradshaw is a 14 year veteran of the NFL. He was the star quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1970 through 1983. He led his team to a remarkable 4 wins at the Super Bowl, in the mid to late 1970’s, and was twice named Super Bowl MVP.

Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1983, the College Football Hall of Fame added Terry to their inductees in 1996. Terry is an accomplished actor and in 2001 became the first, and only, NFL player to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

First Female Referee in the NFL

On Thursday, August 9th, Shannon Eastin will make sports history. She is scheduled to become the first ever female referee to officiate a NFL game. She will be in attendance, as a line judge, at the preseason match between the Green Bay Packers VS San Diego Chargers game.

Current game officials are locked out of the football games due to an unresolved contract dispute. Shannon is a college referee with over 16 years of experience. She is one of many replacement referees employed by the NFL.
